Grace is looking for an enthusiastic and talented Social Media Executive to join our client's friendly and thriving team. This full-time social media management role is based in Bourne End and offers a salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum plus bonus and fantastic benefits.
As a Social Media Executive, you will have a hands-on role whereby you will be required to manage the company's social media presence, produce impactful daily content, and analyse posts' performance. You will also run all client campaigns, from setting up to making sure they meet client KPIs and putting together reports for account managers.
These are some things you can expect to do:
- Develop, implement and manage the company's social media strategy, primarily Facebook and Instagram
- Implement social media content to increase brand awareness, customer engagement and traffic to the websites
- Measure the success of every social media campaign – house and client campaigns
- Develop social media content assets, and source compelling images and videos to complement social media copy
- Monitor day-to-day social media activity across all channels and respond to user queries in a timely fashion
To apply for this social media job, you will need in-house or agency B2C experience in social media, ideally with hands-on experience in e-commerce. You will also require confidence with Canva and excellent copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills. In addition, you should have experience with using social media management and analytics tools (e.g. HootSuite & Google Analytics) and the ability to manage multiple projects in a busy environment. A keen interest in and thorough understanding of all aspects of social media, both organic and paid, is also essential.
