We're recruiting for a Lab Assistant/Office Manager on an on-going, temporary basis working for a global fragrance business based in Colworth.
This is a full time, office-based role given the nature of the position and responsibilities.
This is a really exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced company where you be providing support to 2 Production Developers.
The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills, excellent organisational skills and have the ability to multi-task a variety of responsibilities. Someone who isn’t afraid to roll their sleeves up to get the job one and is flexible in your approach to work.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing support to 2 Production Developers
- Errand running in/around the office
- Spreadsheet Management
- Order processing, delivery handling and organisation of shipments
- Welcoming visitors, booking meeting rooms and catering for meetings
- Various administrative/office management tasks
Person Specification:
- Excellent communication skills
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Previous experience in an admin-based role
- Previous experience in office management duties
