Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm.
As HR Manager, you will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes for approx. 80 UK employees.

- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall local, regional and international business strategy
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or any other employment issues
- Managing the recruitment and selection process focusing on employee attraction and retention
- Ensuring fairness and compliance in all HR matters.
To apply for this HR Manager role, you will ideally have 5-10 years of HR experience as well:
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies, including those provided by regional and international offices
- In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practice.
