Grace Personnel is helping a collaborative and inclusive company find a Swedish-speaking Support Desk Advisor to join their team in High Wycombe. This full-time role comes with a salary of up to £28,000 and some excellent company benefits.
As a Support Desk Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service to support clients and the internal teams. You will also be reporting any trend information escalated within the Support Desk system and responding to clients, store staff and their customers in an appropriate and timely manner to find an amicable resolution.
To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:
- Log all incoming enquiries through the Support Desk into the relevant system(s) accurately and in a timely manner, working towards company SLAs Maintain the confidentiality of personal data in line with GDPR regulations
- Coordinate the capture of all client support issues and facilitate resolution with client teams and external suppliers as appropriate
- Co-ordinate and report on the relevant investigative feedback and responses for enquiries, via all available communication channels ensure efficient stakeholder management.

- Demonstrate excellent customer service
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Swedish language skills
