Grace Personnel has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Data Analyst who is keen to lay roots within a company that is growing year on year. This Marlow-based company is seeking a full-time Data Analyst to carry out reliable, precise and accurate analysis of data, and the role comes with a salary of £28,000 alongside a compelling benefits package.
In this Financial Analyst role, you will be contributing to the delivery of a high quality and effective Invoicing, Data and Revenue Assurance function for the business and their customers. The role requires hands on analysis activity but will vary slightly according to which of the following teams you will be working on (ie. Invoicing, data or quality & revenue assurance)
To give you an idea of the different responsibilities of each team, here are some of the areas you will work in for each:
- Invoicing is responsible for generation of all customer invoices and backing information, as well as invoicing and purchase order application to support customer invoice reconciliation and payment
- Data ensures all information supplied to the team is accurate and present within the company BI stack, regularly performs system and data checks, reviews business processes and creates models or reports for departments
- Quality & Revenue Assurance provides oversight of the company revenue and cost cycles and provides assurance to the business that all revenue has been captured accurately though in-depth analysis of data
The ability to analyse data, spot trends, draw conclusions, think creatively and make recommendations accordingly will be essential to this Finance Data Analyst position. We are also looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Proficiency with MS Office, including intermediate MS Excel skills with knowledge of pivot tables, V-look-ups, filters, etc
- Ability to communicate complex information effectively when dealing with internal and external stakeholders at a range of levels
- Experienced in the use of Microsoft Navision Dynamics
- Experience with invoicing practices and managing high volumes of data
