Employee Experience Assistant - Windsor

Grace is seeking a talented and collaborative Employee Experience Assistant to join our client's inclusive and friendly team. This full-time EEA role is based in Windsor and offers a salary from £27,000 and excellent company benefits.

 

As an Employee Experience Assistant, you will report to the Global Head of HR and provide excellent quality admin assistance for the people processes across the full employee life cycle to help embed the company values in everything they do. You will also work closely with the team to help create an inspiring place to work while maintaining an atmosphere of care, trust, and ownership with a healthy dose of fun.

 

In your first few weeks in this Employee Experience Assistant role, you can expect to:

  • Collect and collate new employee paperwork
  • Carry out pre-employment checks, including DBS, references, and clinical employee credentials
  • Generate and issue documentation, including offer letters, employment contracts, and changes to terms & conditions
  • Maintain employee records
  • Be the first point of contact for all HR enquiries
  • Build and maintain productive partnerships with Hiring Managers

 

To succeed in this EEA job, you should have previous experience within HR and want to help managers enhance employees' experience within their organisation. You will also need to be super organised, used to juggling multiple projects with different priorities and working to short deadlines. In addition, you should have excellent communication skills, great attention to detail and be tech-savvy. A CIPD Level 3 is also desirable.
