We are seeking a full-time Credit Controller to join a fleet management and automotive company based in Slough offering £29,000 FTE.
In this Credit Controller role, you will be collecting overdue debts for corporate customers and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key accountabilities include:
- Proactively manage customers to ensure agreed payment terms are being met
- To provide regular updates on debt activity reporting on all accounts with analysis
- To assist in preparation of collection reporting documentation
- To prepare and recommend accounts for escalation in a timely manner
Required skills:
- Develop and build productive working relationships internally and externally to deliver value for customers.
- Investigate and analyse issues objectively and make sound decisions that maximise opportunities for the business.
- Use of excel – Vlook-ups, Pivots and other complex reports
- Ability to think outside the box and take initiative with the confidence and to challenge processes as required within remit
- Customer Driven with the ability to collaborate with individuals at all levels of the business
- 3yrs minimum Credit Control experience in a B2c environment
- Strong accounting knowledge
