Grace has an exciting opportunity for a collaborative and enthusiastic Account Executive to join our client's inclusive and successful team. This full-time Account Executive role is based in Marlow and offers a salary of up to £24,000 and excellent benefits.
As a flexible Account Executive, you will be responsible for the day to day running of a portfolio of client accounts, acting as a link between clients and media owners. You will understand clients' needs and objectives and match company products based on their requirements.
Some of your Account Executive responsibilities will include:
- Liaising and occasionally meeting with clients alongside the Account Development team to discuss and identify their advertising requirements
- Developing a detailed understanding of accounts to match company products based on their needs
- Ensuring all customer requirements are met within agreed timescales
- Handling all administration on a campaign, including campaign contracts and invoicing, customer complaints and other customer reports
To succeed in this client services role, you will need 6 – 8 GCSEs or equivalent, including an A-C in English Language and Maths. You will also require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-focused environment, including direct contact with customers. In addition, you should have at least 2 years of experience working in an administrative or office environment. Outstanding interpersonal, communication, customer service and technical skills are also essential.
