Are you an Account Manager or Account Coordinator looking for a role that enables you to focus on excellent customer service without the pressure of sales? Our client currently has an exciting opportunity to join the customer service team in our Head Office based in Marlow. As an Account Coordinator, you will build long-term relationships with all customers and colleagues, both operational teams based in the depot and the sales team. This Account Coordinator role comes with a salary of up to £25,000 p/a and excellent benefits.
As an Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of around 60 -70 customers of varying sizes. You'll also be jointly responsible for customer retention, working closely to ensure the company builds a long-lasting relationship with the customer.
In your first few weeks in this Account Coordinator role, you can expect to:
- Maintain and build strong professional relationships with all internal and external customers/mailing houses, acting as the first point of contact for all queries
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in dealing with customers, ensuring that all queries and issues are resolved efficiently
- Proactively manage accounts by investigating, reporting, and proposing actions on service continuously
- Ensure all collection and consumable requirements are booked in line with mailing schedules and working within the Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Liaise with operations, transport, and asset teams to manage large mailings and key national postings

- 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads to meet conflicting, varied, and demanding deadlines
- A Customer Service NVQ or equivalent (advantageous)
